The New Year Collection from Auction Mechelen was once again a great success. Top sales included Simply The Best, sold for 140,000 euros in Belgium, and the 6-year-old Storm’s Twinkeling, which went to a loyal customer in Ecuador for 130,000 euros. Shakyra-K, sold for 78,000 euros, will continue to be admired in Belgium.
The impressive stallion Concorial PS found a home in Ireland for 45,000 euros, while the striking Keyota de Castel remained in Belgium for 40,000 euros. Buyers from the New Year Collection hailed from France, Ecuador, Ireland, Switzerland, and Belgium, with both regular clients and new faces showing interest.
