Payments via bank transfer are accepted until 2nd December and payments via Visa / Mastercard Bancontact & Ideal are continuously accepted. The paid e-tickets will be sent by email until 30/12. The paid e-tickets will be sent by email until 30/12.

The tickets requested to be sent by post will be sent until December 12th upon receipt of payment.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable. If the government decides to cancel the event, Jumping Mechelen will refund the tickets in full.

The prices in presale include reservation costs. An additional cost will be charged for shipping by post.

There are no separate tickets for Hall or New Year Arena only.

Your ticket will be scanned at the main entrance. When leaving the hall, please scan your ticket if you wish to return to the hall later.

The box office is open every day 1 hour before the start of the programme.

Wheelchair users must buy a ticket but will receive 1 free ticket for an accompanying person. Wheelchair spaces are located on a special platform. These tickets can only be ordered by telephone.

Children

Children up to and including 5 years have free entrance to the hall. For a seat in the main grandstand, children must be in possession of a ticket.

Parking

€10/car parking at Sport Vlaanderen car park in Hofstade
Free shuttle transport to The Nekkerhal (round trip)

There is a special car park for wheelchair users at the entrance of The Nekkerhal.
