Refund Cashless Card

NOTE: refund period expired! It’s no longer possible to claim a refund.

At Jumping Mechelen you could pay for food and drinks with the JM cashless card. If you still have some money left on your Cashless Card you can claim the refund between January 10 and January 25, 2023. The refund will be made no later than February 7, 2023.

Do you want an invoice? Then you can claim it via this form or via cashless@jumping-mechelen.com.

To claim your refund, go to -link expired-. Fill in the card number (UUID) of your Cashless Card and follow the steps on the screen.
