Passionate about dressage? Then you don’t want to miss out on the action at the Nekkerhal on 28th and 29th December!
Wednesday and Thursday some of the most impressive dressage horses and riders will show off in the arena. In the Christmas Arena they will compete with the utmost style for victory in various international competitions including the FEI Dressage World Cup. Catch the final of this exciting and world-famous competition on 29th December just before noon!
Dressage is not only sport but also art, so this discipline lends itself very well to various demonstrations. Our artists at work are: our Belgian Paralympic athletes, the BWP dressage squad and some impressive, locally bred, young horses.
Did you know that our smallest dressage riders will be kicking off Jumping Mechelen? They will give their very best on the opening day (26th December) from 9 am during the style competition finals of the KBC Gouden Teugel. Other amateur competitions in dressage are the finals of the Elite Cup and the Cavalor Cup.
DISCIPLINES
At Jumping Mechelen, we’ll see competition in three incredible disciplines with world-class athletes taking part, but breeders, young talents and passionate amateurs also get the chance to shine in the Nekkerhal. Here you will discover what (and who) we have in store for you in each discipline.
